CP Blog Entry #8.5: Do you feel the communication provided is meeting your project's needs?
Yes, I definitely feel the communication provided is meeting my projects' needs. The Power Team members and I are working together to brainstorm changes for our mid-January parent meeting and for next year. We have discussed a new invitation for the parents to promote more participation, ways to get the materials earlier than a week before, and ways we can make the Power Team parent meetings even better for next year.

You have had a great start! The buy-in you experienced was terrific. I am sure between all of you (under your leadership) you will be able to expand your parent involvement and increase your success.
ReplyDeleteThe eagerness and willingness of MPE teachers participating in your project is becoming contagious. You have started with a coalition of the willing and now, after meeting with you, it sounds like more teachers want to participate mid year. That is exactly how a "Change Project" is supposed to work. You have done a great job facilitating this process with your Power Team! Great job, Tess!
